The Getty is crafted with heavy-gauge 12-gauge material to exceed usual industry standards. The 2-inch thick doors include a steel threshold and bullet hinges with welded-on grease fittings. For easy installation, the frame features tabs with pre-drilled holes. To provide energy-efficiency, the 5/8-inch tempered dual-pane operable glass design has dual seals to reduce heat and air leakage. Additionally, dual foam Polyurethane weather stripping within each frame helps to mitigate temperature transfer. Installed at the bottom of your door, this weather stripping is designed to obstruct sound, light, drafts, insects, and moisture infiltration.
